More than just a spam filter
ESS combines gateway filtering, domain policy, quarantine and management in a single platform, making e-mail security predictable, explainable and manageable.
Stop spam, phishing and malware
Messages are checked for content, sender, reputation, attachments, links and authentication. Unsafe mail is stopped before users come into contact with them.
Additional control on domains under 24 hours
New sender domains are often used in phishing campaigns. ESS can automatically treat messages from such domains more strictly.
Quarantine and self-service
Suspect mail may be held for review. Users and administrators will be given safe options to release or delete messages.
Logging and explanation per message
The ESS portal shows why a message has been delivered, blocked or quarantined, making support and management faster.
Set up per domain
Each domain can get its own settings, delivery server, onboarding status and responsible administrator. Convenient with multiple domains or customer accounts.
